Customer Service Standards
Through our effort to become a nationwide leader in Customer Service, nearly 1,500 Salt Lake County employees have participated in a process to identify countywide customer service standards. Agencies throughout the organization are now building upon those general standards by creating their own division-specific customer service standards of excellence that are unique to their day-to-day work.
Mega- Meeting: Managers and supervisors from across county agencies will gather Wednesday, December 14th at the West Valley Cultural Celebration Center to participate in a capstone to our 2011 initiative on Customer Service. (Registration is full).
95% of respondents from over 11,000 surveys say that Salt Lake County employees provide good to great customer service!
